For this renovation, the client wanted to open up the kitchen to the main living area. We removed two partition walls to create an open kitchen and buffet area to improve the overall flow of the home. We matched and installed travertine tile throughout the main living areas and added engineered hardwood floors to all of the bedrooms. Fresh paint, new trim, and owner-selected finishes gave this home a fresh beach house feel.
