Pearl Street Homes

In 2020, we purchased three adjacent lots in the West King Street neighborhood of St. Augustine, Florida. We designed two different custom models for the three homes:

Lantana

• 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom open floor plan
• 1,250 sq. ft. heated/cooled
• 1,655 sq. ft under roof
• Other features include solar tubes in the kitchen, custom tile-work in the master bathroom, and a back porch.

Lantana II

• 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom open floor plan
• Two master suites
• Similar in layout to Lantana above

After working with Saint Johns County to resolve changing drainage requirements, the homes were built on-time and on-budget, and without any follow up items from the homeowners.
